Introduction

An international convention specifies that 12 first copies of a Bronze are considered to be “originals”. When all 12 copies have been poured at the Foundry, the mould must be destroyed. Thus, these 12 sculptures become more valuable with time. My works which bear the qualifier “limited edition” are among such 12 first copies. The possibility of selling 12 copies of the same word allows them to be sold at a lower price than an individual work (portrait) ordered by a client.
